If anyone can provide me some information on what I could check with regards to Word 2003 settings I don't have access to the MS Access application source code so I don't really know programmically what its supposed to do and I'm limited to what I can do. I've tried changing printer settings with regards to spooling with no success. I'veĬompared Word 2003 settings (Tools>Optiions>Print, Tools>Options>Save) with the software vendor and the settings are the same. The software vendor tells me that it's a problem on our side with Word 2003. This is how it works at the software vendors environment running the same Word version, and MS Access application version. I'm told by the software vendor of the MS Access application that this is not the way it's suppose to act it's supposed to call the template, print the entire recordset of data, then close the template/document Each time a page prints, representing one record of a recordset, a message appearsĪsking if I want to save the document. The document itself never appears on the screen, so I suspect it's just doing this in memory. The database into the specified fields and then prints out the document. What's happening is that the MS Access application 'calls' a template to provide the layout and merge data from I'm having an issue with a MS Access application that calling a template created in Word 2003 to print a document with merged content.
